Seems as the large metal flange has cracked on a couple of them. I don't need the rubber tire just the metal side plates.Thanks in advance if you can be of help.

To tell you the truth, I have seen the wheels taken apart before, but the only thing that kept the parts together after reassembly was nuts and bolts. Pop rivits tend to shear the shaft of the rivit. Careful when you first start out.

Are the wheels wobbly after you cleaned them up or do they still run tight and true? You've got to sort through quite a few used wheels to find good ones. Most are junk.
